We brought our Audi Q5 from Jamie a few weeks ago. I cannot rate this man enough…from the moment we looked at the car he welcomed us, encouraged us test drive the car the car and even when I slammed the breaks on during the test drive which could have caused significant damage to his car, (due to no previous experience of driving an automatic) he remained calm and bubbly like it never happened. He had so much patience with us and gave us some really good advice about payments to steer from away such as finance…which really did save me money in the long term. For me, purchasing a second hand car from anybody has always made me anxious but I would absolutely buy from Jamie again. He’s remained in contact with us regarding a gadget for the car and resolved this without any issues, Jamie is such a lovely chap and he really does go above and beyond for you which for me is really important as this gave us a great buying experience.
